Student Service Learning (SSL) Hours Opportunity
We regard the SSL program as preparing students to become citizens of the world. We have been approved to offer opportunities to Montgomery County public school students to earn Student Service Learning (SSL) credit.
If you speak fluent Chinese, and love to help younger students in learning Chinese language and culture, math and science or art and craft, this is a great opportunity for you. Your typical work schedule is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM Monday to Friday with some flexibility. You will assist the classroom teacher in small-group Chinese instruction and other activities as assigned by the teacher. You will gain valuable leadership and management skills while earning SSL credits.
